pkla Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the pkla website accessible at https://pkla.io, including all sub-pages, applications, and services offered therein.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a pkla account and uses the Platform to access betting, gaming, or any ancillary services.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits granted to a Player pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process pkla conducts to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" means a third-party software supplier whose games are made available through the pkla Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the pkla Platform is restricted or not permitted under applicable law.

By accessing the pkla Platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering, depositing, or playing — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed at the time of Account registration by ticking the confirmation checkbox presented during the registration flow. However, any use of the Platform — including browsing without registration — constitutes constructive acceptance of these Terms as they stand at the time of such use.

pkla reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access the full range of pkla services, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration or subsequent KYC review constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the pkla Platform. The existence of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether discovered during registration, KYC review, or at any later stage — will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any funds held across duplicate accounts may be confiscated at pkla's discretion, particularly where bonus abuse is identified.

Account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are your sole responsibility. You must not share your login details with any third party. pkla accepts no liability for losses or unauthorised activity arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkla support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].

pkla reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account without providing a reason, at its absolute discretion, including in circumstances where pkla has reason to believe that the application or Account poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance.

The pkla Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold applies to all Players regardless of their location, payment method, or the specific service being accessed. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

pkla takes underage gambling prevention seriously. As part of its KYC process, pkla will request identity documents — including a government-issued national ID, passport, or other acceptable form of identification — to verify a Player's date of birth prior to authorising withdrawal requests or when there is any reason to question a Player's stated age.

Where pkla has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, pkla may immediately suspend the Account and withhold any funds pending age verification. If age verification confirms that the Player is underage, the Account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used, less any winnings generated during the period of underage play, which will be forfeited.

pkla does not permit parental waivers or third-party consent in place of the player meeting the 21+ age requirement personally.

Deposits. pkla accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are communicated within the Account dashboard at the time of deposit. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed in real time. Card deposits may be subject to standard bank processing times.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy exists as a security measure to prevent money laundering and to protect Players from fraudulent withdrawal requests. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within the Account dashboard.

KYC before withdrawal. pkla may require a Player to complete a full KYC review before any withdrawal request is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. pkla will communicate document requirements clearly and will process completed KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe.

Processing times. Once a withdrawal request has been approved and all KYC requirements satisfied, pkla aims to process payments within the timeframes displayed in the Account dashboard at the time of the request. Actual receipt of funds may be subject to the processing times of the recipient payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank, or card network).

Transaction currency. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus values are displayed and processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). pkla does not currently offer multi-currency accounts. Any transactions attempted in a foreign currency will be rejected at the point of processing.

pkla offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is presented. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these General Terms, the specific bonus terms will prevail.

Wagering requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotional offer. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Game contribution rates. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live casino table games, sports betting, and crash games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the individual bonus terms. Players should review contribution rates before selecting games to clear a bonus.

Bonus expiry. All bonuses have a validity period. Unused bonus funds and wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry of the stated validity period. Expiry dates are communicated within the Player's Account bonus section.

Bonus abuse. pkla reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to complete wagering requirements, or participating in organised group exploitation of promotional terms. A determination of bonus abuse may result in Account suspension.

VIP programme. pkla's VIP programme — including the Black Diamond and Elite Crown tiers — is subject to separate programme terms communicated to eligible Players directly. VIP benefits, including personal account manager services and invitation-only tournaments, are offered at pkla's sole discretion and do not form part of this general Agreement.

All bets placed on the pkla Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are accessible within each betting section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that bet.

Bet acceptance. pkla reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of a technical error in the odds displayed, where a market should have been suspended prior to the bet being accepted, or where pkla has reason to believe the bet forms part of a coordinated attempt to exploit the Platform.

In-play betting. In-play (live) betting markets are time-sensitive. Odds displayed during live events reflect real-time data and are subject to continuous change. pkla accepts no responsibility for any delay between the live event and the odds displayed on the Platform that may result from internet latency or data feed processing times.

Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. pkla reserves the right to impose individual Player stake limits where warranted by risk management considerations.

Void bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, incorrect fixture information at the time of market creation, or market suspension arising from a documented technical error. Void bets are returned to the Player's Account balance in full.

Results. The official result of any sporting event as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket or the BPL governing committee for Bangladesh Premier League matches) will be used to settle markets. Where an official result is delayed, pkla will wait for official confirmation before settling the relevant markets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkla Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game, betting market, or platform feature.
• Colluding with other Players or with Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way that is not a natural human interaction.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's software, design, or content.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkla staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographical access restrictions.

pkla employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously across all Account activity. Suspected prohibited conduct will be investigated, and pkla reserves the right to share information about fraudulent activity with relevant third parties, including law enforcement authorities, where required or permitted by law.

All content on the pkla Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and any other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of pkla or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform.

Game software and content provided by third-party Game Providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of those respective providers and are licensed to pkla for the purpose of making them available to Players. Players may not attempt to access, copy, or redistribute such content outside of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of pkla's intellectual property will be treated as a serious breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkla excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or downtime of the Platform or any third-party payment provider.
• Loss of data, winnings, or bet settlements arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• Errors in odds or market data resulting from third-party data feed failures.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any card network.
• Any decision made by pkla in good faith based on information provided by the Player that is subsequently found to be false or misleading.

pkla makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis at all times, although pkla does make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and uptime. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary service interruptions. pkla will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Nothing in this limitation of liability clause excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pkla is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible through the Responsible Gaming section of your Account at any time.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit will be subject to a cooling-off period before the increase comes into force.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Promotional communications will also be suspended for the duration.
• Reality check: At configurable intervals, the Platform may display a summary of a Player's session activity, including time spent and net gain or loss during the session.

Termination by the Player. You may close your pkla Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC verification. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirements.

Termination by pkla. pkla reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, prohibited conduct as defined in Section 08, or regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed by pkla for cause, pkla may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, the balance will be returned to the Player.

Effect of termination. Upon Account closure — by either party — your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will continue to apply after Account closure.

pkla reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page at https://pkla.io/terms-conditions, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Where the nature of a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal processing terms or bonus wagering requirements — pkla will endeavour to provide advance notice through a prominent notice on the Platform or via email communication to registered Players.

Your continued use of the pkla Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied under the jurisdiction of pkla's licensing authority. pkla operates under international licensing and the Platform is intended for use by Players in Bangladesh on the understanding that each Player is solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction.

Dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other aspect of the Platform, you must first contact pkla's support team to seek an informal resolution. pkla aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. Disputes should be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and should include your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.

Bet settlement disputes. Any dispute relating to the settlement of a specific bet or game round must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the relevant settlement date. Disputes submitted outside of this window may not be investigated. pkla's decision on bet settlement disputes, made following a full review of available data, shall be final and binding.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
